Pitchmen

Pitchmen is a show on the Discovery channel that shows the wonderful world of Info-mercials. The show came to an abrupt end in 2009 with the death of Billy Mays, one of the stars. Billy has been in such info-mercials as Oxy Clean, Mighty Putty, and Orange Glow. The other main star, Anthony Sullivan, has been in such info-mercials as The Swivel Sweeper.  The show did come back this year, but with Anthony Sullivan (Sully) working alone.

The show consists of Sully meeting inventors with their inventions, and seeing if the invention is worth manufacturing and making a info-mercial on the product. Only two to three inventions make it, out of the hundreds, or even thousand that Sully goes through at invention conventions.

Sully and other co-stars then go to the streets for product testing, to see if people would buy it, use it, how much it should cost, and possible improvements for the product. This is where Sully gives the final verdict on whether its ago, or no. And about 75% of the time, its a go, and then they shoot the info-mercial. Then Sully brings back the inventor to tell them if they've made it to a million or not. And again, about 75% of the time the inventor makes a million. The show is full of drama, creativity, and people making it big time. They may even be products where you say, why didn't I think of that? The show airs Tuesday nights on Discovery.

The Simpsons live at 742 Evergreen Terrace in the city of Springfield. Where in the U.S. Springfield is the major mystery of the show, and is wildly debated.

Homer is the Husband and father of the family. He is an avid drinker, and is known for making idiotic decisions, and comments. His common, world famous catch phrases are: "D'oh!" which he says when he makes a mistake, "Why you little!..." which he says when he's angry at his son Bart and then proceeds to strangle him, and finally "MMMmmm Doughnuts (drooling & gargling noise)" and he sometimes replaces doughnuts with another food or drink item.

He is also known for his prank calls to the local tavern, asking for a person who has a funny name, who doesn't exsist, and the bartender yell out the name, and the bar patrons laugh at the bartender, who goes back to the phone and makes a death threat to Bart, but he doesn't know its Bart. Bart's famous catch phrase is "Don't have a cow man."

Lisa, who is the middle child, often faces difficult challenges. She is an avid activist in enviornmental, political, and animal rights issues. She often faces these issues in an episode, and she tries to do the right thing, and usually succeeds. Tosh.0

Tosh.0 is a wildley popular TV show on Comedy Central. The show is about mocking popular videos, pictures, posts, and tweets on the internet. Mocking pop culture as well. The shows violent and sexually inappropriate viral videos from across the web.

In the first part of the show, the host, Daniel Tosh, goes through a series of videos, making jokes dirty comments, or even doing a remake of the video, replacing the main character with him self.

Then Tosh will do the weekly "Video Breakdown." This is where he will break down a video, going through each key event in pieces, slowmotion, or even replaying a certain part of it over & over for a couple of times.

Then comes the "Web Redemption." This is where Daniel invites the main person in a viral video, to redo the same act, but without ending in failure. The people always redeem them selves.

After the "Web Redemption", the show varies from many different skits afterwords. One of the shows more popular skits is entitled, "Is it racist?" This is where Daniel will show a video or a picture that is questionably racist; and the audience votes on it.

Nearly every week, Tosh presents the "Viewer Video of the Week." this is where a random video from a viewer is shown on the show, that is either comedic, violent, or contains sexual scenes.

This show is highly praised by teen not only across OHS, but across the US. The show has been on Comedy Central since June 4, 2009 and has grown ever since. I myself am an avid viewer, and I enjoy the show alot. Its quick snappy comedy, with a dirty twist. For anyone who likes racist, stereotypical, toilet humor; this is the show for you.
